These, as the name suggests, are our speciality. We have put together a list that is both authentic and contemporary. The formulas for these have been explored globally and we have found some of the most popular recipes. We have Indian products, Thai products and Chinese products. The emphasis has always been on quality and obvious authenticity. We have a passion to perfect the somosa and spring roll. Not only does this apply to taste but to appearance as well. The entire contemporary gourmet range is wrapped in a delicate filo pastry imported from the far east giving way to a product that is both attractive to look at and exceptionally delicious with flavours forming the bite instead of the pastry.
